We purchase EMA ethylene-methyl acrylate copolymer
Ethylene copolymer with methyl acrylate content of 8% to 40%. Milky white translucent solid. Melt flow rate 2～6g/10min, Vicat softening point 59℃. Good resistance to environmental stress cracking, excellent electrical properties, extrusion lamination temperature 316 ~ 322 ℃. It is obtained from ethylene and methyl acrylate as raw materials, using oxygen or peroxide as initiator, and high-pressure heating polymerization. It can be blown into film for disposable gloves, medicine and food packaging; extruded hoses and profiles; blow molded toys; foamed foam sheets, etc.
Excellent thermal stability
Excellent flexibility and elasticity
good polymer compatibility
Good low temperature performance, softness, easy processing, good compatibility with olefins, can be used as the basic raw material of easy-tear cover film, excellent anti-pollution property, can be used as modifier of engineering plastic raw materials.
Polymer modification: EMA can be used as a compatibilizer and toughener for ABS, PA, PC, PBT, PET, PP and other high polymers, especially for PBT/PC, PC/ABS and other alloys.
Automotive sound insulation materials: EMA can be used to produce foamed materials, which have the characteristics of uniform foaming, softness, high temperature resistance, etc., and can also be cross-linked; it can improve foaming performance after blending with PP and PE.
Halogen-free flame retardant material: EMA has the characteristics of high strength, high toughness, high temperature resistance, etc. It can be highly filled with halogen-free flame retardant for the production of low-smoke halogen-free flame retardant cable materials; it is widely used in the production of heat shrinkable sleeves.
Semiconductors, HFFR blends; Healthcare market (gloves, bags, diapers, nonwovens); Peelable/sealing layers Excellent low temperature heat sealing properties; Asphalt pavement, bridge decks, roof modifications; Hot melt adhesives Excellent low temperature properties;
